And now we are excited to share that our product team has further developed and improved the Merchant Portal with two new features: Custom Payment Flows and Async Exporting.

These features will empower our clients to offer a unique payment experience and also support operational reporting needs.

Customise the player payment experience

A good payment experience plays an important role in the player acquisition and retention process. This is why creating a familiar, branded environment can be the solution in helping customers feel more confident about their payment decisions. 

With our new Custom Payment Flow settings, you can take control of that experience. Now, you can upload your logo and choose between light and dark modes to align the payment screen with your brand. This seamless transition provides both new and returning users with a consistent, optimised payment journey, which will reduce friction and encourage completed transactions.

Accessible and organized reports for your team

We’ve introduced significant improvements to the Merchant Portal’s exporting capabilities, making data handling more efficient. With async exporting, merchants can better access transactional data for ongoing reconciliation and reporting activities. 

Here’s what’s new in exporting:

• Access more data: export larger datasets in every report to share with your team. Each report contains up to 500,000 entries in every CSV export

• Less interruptions: With async exporting, run exports in the background so you can continue to navigate the portal. Spend less time waiting, and more time on important tasks. 

• Real-time progress updates: The new download drawer helps you keep track of the exports you have initiated. Receive both in-app and email notifications when your report is ready for download.

• Report management, simplified: Use the new Exports page to manage, track, and review all reports generated within your organisation. This increased visibility makes it easier to access and download historical reports as needed.
